Throughout my 10-week Marketing Communication course, I worked in a team of 5 to create an Integrated Marketing Plan for the non-profit organization Healing Justice Santa Barbara (HJSB). As the copywriter for my team, I was responsible for conducting research, writing our client brief and proposal, creating a mock newsletter, and helping design our pitch deck. At the end of the course, we presented our marketing proposal to the HJSB board.
The IMC Plan contains organizational and market research, S.M.A.R.T. marketing objectives, a SWOT analysis, breakdowns of primary and secondary target audiences with respective marketing tactics for each, and mock-ups of promotional materials.
This client brief contains details about HJSB's organizational background, their communication challenges, and possible solutions to said challenges.
